What you send us
When you use our contact form we receive the details you enter (name, email, phone, company and project information, and your message). The form is delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms. We use these details only to respond to your enquiry, and we do not sell them.
How visits reached us
So we know which marketing brings in enquiries, the form also records how your visit started: the page
you first landed on, the referring website, campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source),
and advertising click identifiers (such as Google's gclid or an OpenAI ad reference). These are
held in your browser only for the current visit and are included with your enquiry email to us.
Advertising measurement
We use Google Tag Manager with Google Ads, and the OpenAI Ads Pixel, to count when an ad visit leads to a completed project enquiry or a tap on our phone number. These services may set cookies or use similar technology in your browser. They receive only that a conversion happened and the enquiry category. Your name, contact details and message are never sent to Google or OpenAI.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use private browsing, or manage ad personalization in your Google account at adssettings.google.com. The contact form still works if you do.
