Since our founding in 2020, our team has developed deep expertise in commercial construction, tenant improvements, and design-build projects, giving us the skills and knowledge to handle any challenge.
Amit Sharma
Amit Sharma is the visionary leader behind Hilson Construction Ltd. With a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a diploma in Architectural Assistantship, Amit brings a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and creative aspects of construction to his role.
As a motivated Construction and Project Manager, Amit has honed his skills in estimating and project management throughout his career. His entrepreneurial spirit and expertise have been instrumental in establishing Hilson Construction as a leading force in the Lower Mainland's construction industry.
Amit's hands-on approach and commitment to precision ensure that every project meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency. His leadership inspires our team to continuously innovate and exceed client expectations.
Frank O’Grady
Frank O’Grady is a seasoned construction professional with over 35 years of industry experience, including more than 12 years specializing in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) sector. He has successfully managed the planning, design, and construction of a wide range of commercial, retail, and hospitality projects, delivering high-quality results while maintaining strict compliance with municipal regulations, building codes, schedules, and budgets.
Frank possesses extensive expertise coordinating multidisciplinary teams, working closely with architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical consultants to ensure seamless project execution from concept through completion. His strong leadership and practical construction knowledge enable him to effectively manage people, resources, and complex project requirements while consistently achieving project objectives.
Prior to joining Hilson Construction Ltd., Frank held senior project management roles with leading global real estate and project management firms. As a Senior Project Manager with CBRE Limited (2020–2022), he represented restaurant franchisees and corporate head offices, overseeing design and construction management teams for new builds, renovations, and redevelopments. Previously, as a Senior Project Manager with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) (2018–2020) supporting Tim Hortons, Frank provided architectural review, project oversight, and payment administration services to meet brand and operational standards.
